MED Plugins copied into the med_plugins folder appear automatically in the Tools Menu.
Most of the DLLs are available in source code under an Open Source License. You'll find their C++ source together with a semiautomatic DLL creator program within the MED plugin SDK on the Gamestudio Download Page.
