video_window(VECTOR* pos,VECTOR* size,var style,STRING* title)
Changes the position, size, style or title of the engine window.
Parameters:

vector containing the new x and y position in pixels, or NULL for

0 for no change, or a combination of the following modes:

Remarks:
- Changing the window size does not change the resolution. Use
video_switch() or video_set() for changing
the window resolution.

For a fullscreen display on a secondary monitor in a multi-monitor system, have the desktop spread over the two monitors. Then use this function for placing the engine window on the second monitor, removing its border, and setting its size so that it completely covers the monitor area.
